Audi S3 DTC P0572

Hey guys, my 2016 Audi S3 had the EPC light. I scanned the vehicle and the code that came up was P0572 Brake Switch Circuit A Low. And code B131329 Signal for brake lamp.

The brake lights work perfectly fine. And I have already replaced the brake switch twice and the code still remains. Checked the fuses with a multimeter and they come up good. Whenever I press the brake pedal after starting it I get a message saying “Hill Hold Assist Unavailable. Also I checked the wiring for the brake switch and it looks okay, no frayed or split wires.

Looking to see if anyone else had this problem as it is currently annoying me.

With the motor running, measure the voltage across the brake switch when you're not braking. If there is no voltage then inspect the wiring harnesses and wirings belonging to the switch.
