Gearbox Malfunction 2017 S3 - P271600

Just got a gearbox malfunction error and scanned the car, came up with:
P271600 - Pressure Control
Solenoid "D": Electrical

Been reading that it could be a clogged filter on the gearbox or that software needs updated?

7 speed box. What does this entail? Thanks

1. How many km has the car?
2. At what km was the oil and filter replaced?

54k miles (86,000km)
I have receipts for it being done at 50k miles but i’m wondering if it was actually done so i’m going to do it again for peace of mimd

these cars have issues with the dsg mechatronic as a norm.

i have changed mine out before and it fixed the issues i had.
it was a different code so for yours i would start with the fluids. replace the fluids and filter and top them off properly first since your down there.

when i changed out the mech unit i didn't bother with just checking which solenoid was bad. i just changed out the whole unit for a brand new one. way easier and peace of mind knowing that the entire unit is new. different codes tho, so i wouldn't really go that route for you yet.
