I have a 2021 S3 8Y. Apple CarPlay works when cabled but not wireless. All the info I can find says it should work. Can anyone tell me whether this can be coded in please?

Ok, so BT is working. As I use Android I cannot guide you with your iPhone.
I'd suggest you drive to your Audi Service Center and ask someone there.
