Turbo shutting off

So my turbo shutting off, So it goes through 1-3 no problem but won’t shift to 4th so it goes all the way through 3rd hits red line shuts turbo off and won’t shift into 4th

Couldn’t use the launch controller either

Will be logging the car tomororw just wanted to see what everyone thought it was?
