Exhaust Valve Issue? Causing Squeak

Hey all, wanted to ask about exhaust squeakiness. Noticed it today coming out of the left side when I’m not in “dynamic”. Just in “comfort” I wonder if it’s the valve? As it doesn’t come out the left side.

I did install a dashcam over the last couple of days and I’m wondering if I may have done the wrong fuse that might trigger it, or it could just be a coincidence that I’m hearing it now.

Sucks to be nitpicking on it but I wanted to confirm it as to what it is. Anyone know? Thank you!!

It gets worse if you leave it, and turns into a rattle and will drive you nuts. Ask if Audi will help you out otherwise you might need a tallented mechanic to get creative if you don't want to change the rear box. It is a sealed unit, thanks Audi!
