Downpipe tune??

Hi,
I have a 2023 s3 and i’m considering just a downpipe for now. I don’t want it to void warranty as well as get it tuned obviously. Is it possible to get a downpipe with no tune and be perfectly fine to drive as a daily and will a downpipe void warranty?

and i’m aware since it’s a newer car the ecu should be able to adjust automatically with airflow and everything but will a downpipe affect that?
